Pedro Patricio Jiménez Gallardo is an American-Chilean director, writer, producer and actor based in Brooklyn, NY. He was raised in diverse cities and cultures: Guinea-Bissau, New York and Chile. He coursed his undergrad theater studies at UChile (2000) where he created a theater company and toured with plays through Chile and Italy. He completed his MFA in Film and TV Production at USC by writing and directing his thesis short film Tirachinas (2017). His debut short film, Kids Don't Die (2019) premiered at the New Filmmakers NY series at the Anthology Film Archive, kicking off its international film festival circuit run, and his next short film, I Did (2021) is currently in pre-production.
